The comprehensive VIE package includes a monthly allowance, worldwide health insurance, vacations and holidays Poste et missions : We are seeking an Industrial Program Leader to join our dynamic Manufacturing Engineering team. The ideal candidate will serve as the central link between our Mladá Boleslav site and project teams at headquarters or other locations. Key responsibilities include: * Coordinating the launch of new programs or transfers according to PMS (Program Management System) milestones and rules. * Defining and coordinating a plant launch team for each project, with representatives from each department (logistics, quality, manufacturing engineering, production, maintenance, human resources). * Organizing weekly meetings to review project status with the plant team and establishing an action plan. * Supporting industrialization work and collecting necessary information from the plant side (product/process feasibilities, machine capacities, necessary investments, delays, etc.). * Integrating FES (Forvia Excellence System), HSE, and quality basics into projects. * Following up on the delivery of purchased parts, tooling, and equipment required according to project timing. * Coordinating the setup of processes with the Process Engineers and the supply chain with the logistics department. * Ensuring the quality and timely delivery of initial samples and pre-series parts. * Supporting production at SOP (Start Of Production) and up to 6 months after SOP, and contributing to process/product optimization. * Monitoring the performance of new projects and organizing improvements to meet program targets

Requisiti del candidato:

* Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field. * Experience in industrial project management and team coordination. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Knowledge of project management systems, HSE, and QSE standards. * Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency in English, knowledge of Czech or German is appreciated
