What we are looking for

A hunter at heart who will be at the heart of starting a new agency. We are looking for a competent and motivated Business Development Manager, willing to work on ambitious challenges.
As an intrapreneur, the goal will be to open our new agency which we are establishing in Vancouver. The position is therefore based in Vancouver. Everything must be done!
In short, you will be able to: support demanding client projects with high visibility, promote our circles of expertise, participate in conferences, and get involved in a societal and environmental movement supported by (COMPANY NAME) Canada.
Above all, we are looking for personalities who embody an intrapreneur spirit and who wish to take part in a young booming company.

What we can do together

Under the leadership of the VP of Business Development Canada based in Montreal, the role of the Business Development Manager is at the heart of the agency's development.

In this sense, you will be able to:
*Identify potential customers through growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
*Strive to achieve and exceed sales quotas and objectives
*Build Account Plans on a target list
*Establish and nurture relationships with prospects to identify their needs
*Work closely with our partners to build a trust relationship and generate leads
*Learn and thoroughly understand our products and services
*Deliver disruptive sales presentations to decision makers
*Maintain a strong working knowledge of the latest marketing strategies
*Manage leads & prospects in the CRM (Salesforce)
*Assist in developing new strategies to reach new markets and provide suggestions on how to improve the lead generation process
*Work closely with the VP Sales Director, Marketing and Recruitment team
*Participate in hiring your consultant team for various clients
