Through our joint venture, UzAssystem, with the Ministry of Energy of Uzbekistan, we are driving the energy transition in the region. As part of this effort, we are seeking a V.I.E. QHSE Coordinator to support our operational excellence and compliance with international standards. Poste et missions : Directly reporting to our General Manager and functionally to the Delivery Excellence Corporate Department you will assist in implementing Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental systems, fostering a culture of excellence while ensuring compliance with local and international standards. You will play a critical role in supporting the company's goals of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities System Implementation and Compliance: * Supporting the implementation of QHSE management systems aligned with corporate policies and international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001). * Ensuring operational compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements. * Monitoring the effectiveness of QHSE systems and recommend improvements. Performance Monitoring and Reporting : * Measuring and report on QHSE performance, including customer satisfaction metrics. * Assisting in executing monitoring plans, such as audits and site inspections. * Compiling regular performance reports for the Country Manager and Corporate VP. Training and Continuous Improvement : * Organizing and deliver employee training to maintain awareness and preparedness. * Facilitating continuous improvement through feedback loops and lessons learned. * Promoting a culture prioritizing safety, quality, and environmental responsibility. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement : * Coordinating with local and regional teams to achieve shared objectives. * Representing the company in QHSE matters during interactions with clients and regulatory bodies

Requisiti del candidato:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields * Prior internship or 1-2 years of experience in QHSE, ideally in energy or engineering sectors. * Familiarity with international standards for quality, environment, and occupational health and safety (ISO 9001, ISO 45001) * Strong understanding of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. * Effective procedural development and project management capabilities. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail. * Resilient, self-motivated, and solution oriented. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory
