Job Description

Project manager works in cooperation with the Head of the CEO PMO to provide the necessary support to the CEO in all operational aspects of his role, managing and implementing multiple projects as well as carrying out administrative duties.
Main responsibilities:
* Establish goals, set major priorities and implement processes
* Track & inform the CEO about the progress
* Ensure deadlines are respected with the highest quality delivered
* Follow up & advise on strategic projects and initiatives
* Evaluate project performance against goals and take necessary action to address deviations
* Present recommendations where needed

Qualifications

Personal skills
Must have:
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion and integrity
* Excellent communication skills, ability to convey messages in a clear way depending on the audience
* Strong observational and analytical skills
* Flexible, with a passion to solve problems and handle unexpected situations
Nice to have:
* Strong observational and analytical skills
* Organisational skills with high attention to details
* Ability to work independently in a fast-growing international environment
* Dynamic and ambitious person with an entrepreneurial spirit
* Able to work well under pressure with a high level of drive and energy
Technical knowledge:
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools is required
* Corporate finance knowledge (e.g. ability to read balance sheet, understanding of P&L, etc.) would be helpful in this position
Educational Background:
* Master's degree achieved at top University or Business School
Language skills and level expected:
* English fluent required (both written and oral communication)
* Fluency in other languages would be a plus (French or German)
Type and duration of previous experience:
* 2-3 years of experience in consultancy
* Experience handling multiple projects for multiple clients and industries in a consulting firm is desired
* Experience in planning and management of events would be an advantage
