We are looking for a colleague to work with our Icelandic customers with excellent people skills, an interest in web communication, and a passion for providing great customer experience. If you have worked with websites before, e.g. by editing them or adding content, and you have a passion for sharing your knowledge with others, it is even better.

This is a maternity cover of 12 months. However, for the right person and depending on the business need, there may be opportunities to continue in the role afterwards.

What the Role is About

Customer Success at (COMPANY NAME) is a critical part of our continued growth and we take great pride in helping our customers exceed expectations. The overall goal of the Customer Success Team is to maintain a high retention rate by helping our customers succeed with our services which is why it's important that you find motivation and satisfaction in working proactively with customers.

Your will:

* Be the primary post-sales point of contact for your customer portfolio.

* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of customers' business drivers to maintain high retention.

* Lead trainings for customer teams, online or in-person.

* Helping customers with website and (COMPANY NAME) tool related queries.

* Proactively identify customer health risks, and work with internal teams to mitigate non-renewal (churn).

* Partner with sales to ensure renewals and identify expansion and up-sell opportunities.

* Partner with marketing to develop training programs and collateral to support end-user training and identify customer advocates.

What We Require of You

* You are customer service driven and have client-facing work experience.

* You are proactive and highly organized.

* You have great written and verbal skills in Icelandic, Danish and English (Icelandic at native level).

* You have a general interest in web and are interested in increasing your technical knowledge.

* You have great sense of humor and thrive in a team.

What We Would Love About You

* Website management experience.

* Experience working with customer retention software such as Totango.

* Experience in one or more of these fields: web content creation, accessibility, SEO, analytics.

* Screen-share / training experience.

* Knowledge of one or more CRM systems, Content Management Systems and HTML.

* Worked in a SaaS related environment.
