IT EMEA's purpose is to answer and anticipate business expectations efficiently by deploying and developing IT solutions across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

As a true business partner for all our divisions, our multicultural team directly contributes to the success of L'Oréal's brand portfolio: Lancôme, Yves-Saint Laurent, Biotherm, Kiehl's, La Roche Posay, Vichy, Garnier, Maybelline New-York, Kerastase, Redken (…)

The International Project Manager plans, organizes, manages and follows up internal/external resources in order to deliver the project/program(*) within the defined standards, budget, deadlines and quality requirements .
She/he will :
üParticipate in the definition of the business case, cost model and overall objectives for the project/program.
üDefine and monitor the project/program plan, budget, activities, methodologies, resource and responsibilities allocation (internal/external) and supervise the change management activities including training, user support and communication.
üCoordinate and integrate the different contents and deliverables to ensure the overall consistency and coherence of the designed solution.
üPrepare the project/program delivery and the knowledge transfer to the regional service teams and Service center teams for the run.
üDefine and organize project/program steering activities, advise and review the overall plan and status of the project/program.
üTrack project/program risks and decide on corrective measures and/or any trade-offs needed to achieve objectives and minimize delays and costs.
üManage the allocated internal/external resources including third parties activities.

ü"Big picture" understanding of the L'Oréal business, operating model, processes and roles.
üAbility to deal with complex IT / Business organizational structures, in multi-located and multi-cultural environment
Decodes & influences :
üClarifies and simplifies technical concepts / solutions to facilitate action and decision making
üCapacity to animate project steering activities by a large ability to communicate using the adequate level of language / interaction
üTakes change management and communication initiatives to facilitate the implementation of solutions and users satisfaction
Acts with strong transversal management skills :
üCoaches, challenges and develops his/her team in a cross functional environment, matrix and remotly organized
üManages efficient interactions with both internal and external contributors
üMasters methodology, timing, budget and resource allocation on projects activities

Others job skills

üMay have to travel up to 30% to 50% of time max,
üFluent English
üStrong autonomy and good communication skills are required
üReporting line to Domain Lead
üRelevant experience as Project, Domain or HUB Manager are required
