Mission Description The Advanced Corporate Transformation (ACT) Center of Excellence (CoE) is the transversal team of Amaris that embodies the HR and Finance transformation expertise, as well functionally as technically. ACT CoE also manage and develop key partnerships for Amaris globally, such as Workday, Oracle, SAP and Cegid. As a Solution Sales Manager for the ACT CoE, you will have the following responsibilities: Business Development & Account Management Develop your clients portfolio by identifying prospects and creating the first contacts with HR, Finance and IT key stakeholders Do prospection meetings autonomously and understand the challenges of your key clients Work closely with Practice Managers and our main partners to create the best solutions for your clients Follow-up on the projects with your clients with regular meetings Support your clients along the whole deployment of the solution Develop an account strategy to retain your clients and create an long-lasting partnership Recruitment and Management of your team of Consultants Participation on recruiting Amaris ACT Talents, by working with our recruitment team or do the Talent sourcing on your own Be involved in Talents identification and recruitment process in order to participate in the growth of the company You'll oversee the follow-up of the projects and of the satisfaction of your consultants. Partnerships Development Develop our key partnerships with Workday, Oracle, SAP and CEGID You will work with their Sales and Partnership teams in order to deploy your common sales strategy Identify customers use-case and find synergy with our partners to bring our proof of value Profile Requirement Ideal candidate You have a Master's degree (or equivalent) from a business school, engineering school or university and you want to work in a scale-up environment Fluent in English and French You have one (or more) experiences in management and sales (Internships and Apprenticeships count 🙂) and are more than motivated to participate in business development and growth for global consulting activities "(COMPANY NAME) is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
