The Senior People Operations Advisor provides expert operational HR support and advisory services to employees and managers across the DACH region throughout the employee lifecycle. The role acts as a key point of contact for complex HR matters, drives process improvements, and ensures accurate, compliant, and efficient execution of HR operations while delivering a high-quality employee experience.

As a Senior People Operations Advisor, you will be a trusted partner to employees and managers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, delivering expert HR operational support throughout the employee lifecycle. Combining strong HR expertise with a service-oriented mindset, you will help ensure a seamless employee experience while driving process excellence and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do
* Provide expert HR operational support and guidance to employees and managers across the DACH region.
* Manage complex employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, contractual changes, leave administration, and offboarding.
* Prepare employment-related documentation, including contracts, amendments, certificates, references, and termination documents.
* Support works council processes and ensure compliance with labor law requirements and internal policies.
* Maintain accurate employee data and HR transactions in Workday and other HR systems.
* Manage HR inquiries and cases through multiple channels while delivering a high-quality employee experience.
* Partner closely with People Partners, Payroll, and other stakeholders to resolve operational and employee-related matters.
* Drive process improvements, standardization, and the adoption of HR technologies and self-service solutions.
* Support reporting, people analytics, and the implementation of new HR processes and organizational changes.

What You'll Bring

* Solid experience in HR Operations, People Services, or HR Administration within an international environment.
* Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR administration, ideally within the DACH region.
* Experience working with HR systems, preferably Workday.
* A proactive, solution-oriented approach with excellent attention to detail.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluency in German and English.
