Our Marketing team sets product positioning and strategy, manages product launches, and gathers customer insights. We're responsible for maximizing our products' potential, in order to delight our users and help (COMPANY NAME) grow. We partner with teams across the company, including Product, Sales, and Engineering.
Collaboration is what makes us tick. You'll be a member of a 7-person EMEA Marketing team and working closely with sales, PR and other marketing teams to drive the best results for your region.
You are an accomplished marketing maestro who loves to make an impact, with a deep knowledge of online and offline B2B awareness and lead generation activities. Our goal is to enable our European sales teams to meet their goals. To achieve this, you will work with the local, regional and global teams to ensure we have tailored messaging for the market, reinforced with the right customer stories and local content. You will be given the opportunity to both define the local strategy, and implement it.
Contribute towards our team goals of B2B lead & pipeline generation. Building and executing targeted lead generation campaigns (customer acquisition) across a range of channels
Understand and implement levers to improve lead conversion rates and build trust with the business development team to ensure they are getting quality leads and are engaged and trained to follow up to move leads through the funnel
Develop local content, customer stories and market messaging and drive awareness of our business offering to IT and business leaders across the region, in close collaboration with our PR team
Collaborate with our global and regional teams to share content and programmes in your local campaigns, ensuring they are applicable and tailored for the DACH market
You enjoy planning and executing B2B marketing programmes & campaigns against lead and revenue targets
Proven ability to build a marketing strategy for the region and engage partners across functions to drive business awareness, lead generation and acceleration.
Experience managing agencies with successful delivery of campaigns, content, design etc.
You are a social media marketing guru and effectively champion its use in effective social selling!
Native German speaker with outstanding written and oral communication skills
Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves, style with the ability to plan and execute with minimal direction in a rapidly changing environment
You love to travel especially between regional offices in Germany and Dublin EMEA HQ!
