Technicien support niveau 2 en télécommunication

Votre mission en tant que Specialist Technical On-Site Customer Support est principalement de configurer, installer et dépanner les terminaux de paiement afin de répondre aux demandes des commerçants.

Responsabilités:

* Mise en place des terminaux de paiement: configurer, tester, installer et dépanner les terminaux de paiement afin de répondre aux demandes des commerçants

* Vérifier, analyser et dispatcher les différentes tâches aux membres du service technique sur le terrain afin de garantir un service de qualité aux clients

* Gestion du stock personnel : vérifier la disponibilité des terminaux de paiement et des pièces détachées afin de garantir le bon déroulement des installations/dépannages

* Conseiller le client, vérifier et assurer selon la complexité du site, au préalable, la conformité de l'infrastructure et assurer la mise en place de l'infrastructure technique afin de garantir une soution adaptée et efficace aux clients

* Support 1er/2ème niveau: prendre les appels des clients et analyser leurs problèmes afin de garantir une solution immédiate

* Effectuer des gardes/dépannages, par roulement 24h/24 et 7j/7

* Reporting techniques internes et externes des interventions réalisées chez les clients

Profil:

* Formation technique BAC avec option électronique/télécom ou diplôme equivalent et disposer de 2 ans d'expérience en tant que technician Helpdesk

* Etre en possession d'un permis de conduire B

* Maîtrise parfaite du luxembourgeois à l'oral. La connaissance du français, de l'allemand et de l'anglais est considéré comme un avantage

* Esprit d'équipe mais sachant également travailler en autonomie

* Solides compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail

* Faire preuve de flexibilité et de rigueur

* Maitrise du pack Office
