Our client is looking for new talent to initially join the Customer Support team. The role will initially be sending digital chats and text messages People come to the platform to have a good time, at times the fun can be disturbed, as Customer Support Live Agent your role will be to offer in-house Live Chat Service on the gaming platform,
As Customer Support Live Chat Agent, you are the first point of contact for players with questions, comments or, of course, complaints. It’s your job to help out the customer the best and the fastest way you can. In addition to supporting the players, also the opportunity to actively help the marketing team with translating texts and other ad hoc duties.
Requisiti del candidato:
For this role the shifts will be from 13:00 – 21:00 and 17:00 – 01:00. Besides these times you will also have to be available during the weekends. Oh, and there is possibility to work from home as well!
What will be your responsibilities?
Keeping players happy! That is of course the main responsibility, there are multiple ways achieving this result, your day to day role will be:
- responding to players via LiveChat and E-mail;
- process open (customer) tickets;
- assist the marketing team in setting up weekly promotions and translations;
Who you are?
You know it’s your goal to keep players happy, it's important that you are empathetic with the players, you understand when they need help. Someone likes getting things done and you want it done fast!
You will be a perfect match for this role if you:
- are German speaking, which is really important;
- are punctual and know how to document work correctly;
- have a bit of experience in customer support;
- have iGaming experience, but it isn’t really necessary. We will teach you!
- don’t have problem with working in the evenings and weekends;
- like to work in a dynamic workplace
- want to have great colleagues!
