Job Description:

Main Objective:
Facilitate the daily operations of the Quality Director by proactively managing schedules, travel, visits, and resources, ensuring a professional and functional environment.
What challenges will you have?
* Manage and coordinate the Director's schedule
* Coordinate national and international travel, as well as expense reports for Management and the department team.
* Provide administrative support to team members, handle confidential information, and demonstrate a high level of discretion.
* Ensure full compliance with the organization's process guidelines and all applicable legal requirements.
* Responsible for preparing purchase requisitions.
* Coordination of various events for the departments/areas supported by the Executive Assistant.

Qualifications:

Who are we looking for?
* Advance English Level is required (C1-C2)
* Preferably has worked in the automotive industry for at least 3 years
* Related experience is required
