WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Partner with the Store Manager to lead daily operations ensuring world-class service, efficiency, and brand excellence.

* Motivate, coach, and develop your team to achieve goals and bring our culture to life.

* Drive sales and KPIs through authentic storytelling, community connection, and teamwork.

* Ensure a premium customer journey from visual merchandising to service excellence.

* Create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.

* Contribute ideas and energy as part of our new store leadership team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* 18+ months of retail leadership experience in fashion, lifestyle, or sports.

* Confidence in leading people, driving results, and delivering standout customer experiences.

* Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and team development.

* Curious mindset open to learning, growing, and evolving.

* Passion for sport, sustainability, and the adidas brand.

* Fluent in Dutch and English.
