Drive incident and outage resolution with clear and timely communication. Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently. Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical operations. Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational policies. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Intermediate proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations. Intermediate proficiency in Data Center Orchestration & Provisioning. A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Intermediate Infrastructure Design. Advanced problem-solving abilities. Intermediate knowledge of network protocols. Beginner skills in automation tools. Intermediate understanding of cloud technologies.
