Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Role: French Legal Back Office Administrator
Salary: basic gross p/m Euro 1038 + Euro 175 p/m bonus potential plus net per working day 7. 23 Euro food voucher
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week between Monday to Friday 7h30 to 17h30
Relocation: flight reimbursement + subsidised room in company apartment in Lisbon for rent of 280 euro p/m
Our client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful capital city in Lisbon, they are looking to recruit French Legal Back Office Administrators.
As a French Legal Back Office Administrator you will be working for a very well-known European low-cost airline. This is a back office role where you will analyse and review incoming legal cases from travelers in regards to various disputes e. g delays, lost luggages etc. Your interaction will be with 3rd parties like legal bodies, transport operators etc. This will be a very interesting role for someone who has attention to details and who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
* Fluent French and English
* Previous Customer service or administration experience desired
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and attention to details
* Legal background a plus but not a must
Salary and benefits
Competitive monthly gross salary of : basic gross p/m Euro 1038 + Euro 175 p/m bonus potential plus net per working day 7. 23 Euro food voucher. Fully paid training is provided.
