Finnish Speaking Customer Service

Goss Salary EUR22,400 per year including the performance bonus + meal allowance + discounted accommodation for 12 months if required + flight reimbursed if relocating.
Job Duties:
Assisting customers by phone, email and live chat to assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues by phone/email/chat/social/social messaging.
Resolving customer issues and if unable to, escalating them so they can be resolved to customer satisfaction.
This is an onsite role and requires a willingness to work weekends and evening shifts.
