As Trade Activation Manager, you will have a unique opportunity with your team to plan and activate seamless retailer plans. Your mission will be to :

1) Optimise the omni-channel consumer experience with data-driven activations across engaging, experiential touchpoints
2) Build the future of our Sets & Gifts program aligned with the market shifts & competition, together with zone & DMI
3) Foster best relationships with commercial partners & retailers to engage them on our launches & hallmarks

You Will
* Partner with Marketing, Commercial and Retail Teams to identify clear objectives by retailer for each campaign, creating bespoke O+O trade marketing plans that are impactful and meaningful in terms of engagement, innovation and customer centricity
* Manage all key trade period / calendar event initiatives, in partnership with respective cross functional teams
* Forecasting, ongoing management and analysis of all trade tools inventory, including wrapping, GWPs and samples
* Manage and implement Coffret business across all key trade periods - working with all business units to ensure accurate product mix, quantity & a timely, impactful launch
* Lead and implements all Power of More activities for the brand in partnership with Corporate Luxe Trade Marketing team
* Ensure trade consistency and effectiveness throughout all consumer touchpoints (O+O) to deliver a seamless consumer experience
* Develop an unparalleled understanding of the competitor landscape in terms of launches and activation - from which the Couture Fragrance brands can be inspired
* Contribute to best-in-class retailer strategy decks grounded in consumer and retail insights leading through activation, working hand in hand with the NAMs and the wider brand marketing team
* Develop and nurture trusted relationships with Zone/DMI team to influence global plans that best meet UK market requirements
* Lead the measurement, tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of all activation initiatives in order to create gather learnings, maximise efficiencies and drive ROI on all our investments
* Lead delivery of monthly reports showcasing best-in-class trade activation across retailers and competitors.
* Manage & empower a team of 2
* Manage Trade budgets and, ensuring timely PPP input
* Additional adhoc administrative

You Have

* You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) and strong numeric ability
* You are familiar with Optimise, SharePoint and other programs necessary for our day-to-day business
