Want to implement digital technology to drive continuous improvement and drive a transformation in how we convert our quality performance metrics in to predictive analytics. This will significantly reduce the data gathering burden and implement efficient ways of working globally. You will have the freedom to shape how we digitise our performance management processes and drive continuous improvement.

Responsible for developing effective business intelligence strategies and analytics solutions for predictive quality. You'll make excellence very much part of your journey.
You'll: Move us to automatic data capture for metrics & will help us translate performance into actionable improvement plans. Identify business opportunities and make recommendations on automation solutions to drive performance. Oversee all predictive analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality. Build reporting models and dashboards, generate reports of findings and presents these to senior management and up to date with industry best practices and policies

Have a strong business understanding - manufacturing and quality, previous experience of data analysis and reporting. Have project management experience & excellent analytical skills.
