(COMPANY NAME) is looking for an Administrative person to join our team in Madrid to provide business support to Partners for commercial purposes.
His/her main responsibilities and tasks will be:
* Provide assistance to Partners for:
* Commercial activities: prepare templates, collect project references, etc.
* Organize and manage local events.
* The support on informal communication with clients.
* The support to access and update client platforms.
* Salesforce and database support.
* The preparation of commercial data/information (support to collect the information and draft non-technical sections of proposals/tenders).
Ideal candidate:
* We are seeking for a candidate with enthusiasm to develop a career in an environmental sustainability consulting firm.
* Flexible, willing to learn and develop a new role.
* Ideally, background should be in Admin studies (minimum requirement: high school diploma).
* 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Proven experience with Office (specifically with Excel and PowerPoint)
* Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
* High level of English, both verbally and in writing
