We are currently looking for an SRE whose main tasks will be:
* Ticket Management.
* Live supervision of the system to ensure an outstanding quality of service.
* Incident Management.
* Management of the periodic review and action plans:
* to guarantee Qos with contributors
* to reduce support
* to tackle backlog of incidents
* Definition of KPIs producing at operational and strategic level for the different committees.
* Guarantee of the proper user of servers (physical, virtual or Dockers machines) of non-production and production environments.
