What You Will Do:
* Act as a partner in Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) by formulating and administering EH&S plans and procedures including EH&S Program Management.
* Responsible for multiple EH&S specialties.
* May perform tasks associated with Health/Safety and Environmental/Compliance.
* Coordinate with business partners for EH&S concerns regarding facilities and employee practices.
* May have responsibility for facilities and/or medical at a site.
* Organize and maintain EH&S policies to achieve and maintain compliance with regulations.
* Manage relationships across other specialized departments to achieve and maintain compliance with EH&S regulations and RTX requirements.
* This is a 1st shift, onsite position.

Qualifications You Must Have:
* Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
* 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships / coops)
* Experience in EH&S
* The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:
* Preferred majors; Public Health, Global Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering
* Experience applying environment, health, and safety requirements in operations, engineering labs and/or field test environments.
* Active Secret level or higher security clearance issued by the US Department of Defense (DoD).

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
