Our Exciting Opportunity

The (COMPANY NAME) Security Manager is a forward-thinking industry-leading product in security management and security assurance (SM&SA) in telecom and network domains. By joining us, you have a unique opportunity to collaborate with group of extremely passionate and hardworking security and software development & operation professionals to build the next generation of SM&SA. We will offer you a front seat in the fast-moving security domain, as well as a possibility to work with the latest tools and technologies.

You will

* Drive successful customer deliveries and planned revenue globally

* Enable efficient delivery models through automation and optimization

* Lead a group of technical specialists and project management professionals

* Support the scaling of Global Delivery models and frameworks

* Support co-operation with Market Areas and Service Delivery Units

* Lead the global support capabilities and on call roster

* Drive Continuous Improvements of Product, Processes, and Documentation

* DevOps co-operation models with the customers and development

* Support proposal preparations in sales

To be successful in the role you must have

* B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

* Strong leadership skills in line with (COMPANY NAME) values, solid track record as Line manager

* Strong knowledge on project frameworks, DevOps principles, project management and ITSM processes

* Solid balance of strategic thinking and ability to inspire changes

* Flexibility in dealing with changing situations and time zones

* Good networking and coaching skills

* Cultural awareness and skills

* Senior level experience in Customer Support

* Clarity and precision in verbal and written communication

* Flexibility with working time

Experience / competence seen as an advantage:

* Experience in Security Domain and industry standards in Telecom Networks/IoT/ICT Security

* E2E Expertise in telecom networks
