NI DP Summer Internship Trainee Egypt

Join our Network Infrastructure (NI) Deployment Service team as a Summer Trainee at the Egypt Hub, supporting remote deployments across the MEA region. This role includes direct collaboration with the MEA NI Customer Delivery team to ensure seamless service delivery, as well as coordination with PLM, Practice, and Site Engineering Service teams within our Global Deployment organization. You will primarily assist with deploying IP, Optical, and Fixed networks. Our team innovates by leveraging AI and automation platforms to improve delivery efficiency, achieve right-first-time execution, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. We are also deeply committed to sustainable delivery practices, aligning with our ESG commitments to promote digital inclusion, connectivity, and empowerment within communities.

* Develop a strong technical understanding of Nokia Network Infrastructure (IP, Optics, Fixed Networks) through hands-on experience.
* Collaborate with global and local teams to oversee project deliverables and deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to engineering designs.
* Utilise Nokia Digital Deploy tools, operating models, and best practices to streamline daily activities and project execution.
* Facilitate communication with third-party suppliers to manage site roll-outs and network implementation effectively.
* Engage in professional mentorship, receiving coaching from experienced professionals to accelerate career growth.
* Prioritise personal and professional well-being within a dynamic environment focused on growth and innovation.
* Drive operational improvement by submitting a final proposal to enhance daily processes, with outstanding ideas potentially leading to a 6-month internship

Requisiti del candidato:

You must have:
* Fresh graduate or final-year student in Telecommunications Engineering.
* Excellent communication skills, fluent in verbal and written English.
* Interpersonal, intercultural, and teamwork skills in a geographically distributed team.

It would be nice if you also had:
* Basic knowledge of project management and Nokia Digital Deploy tools.
* An analytical mindset for operational improvements.
* Familiarity with process automation and digital transformation to drive efficiency and innovation
