We are seeking an ambitious and analytical Junior Business Analyst Intern to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. This role will contribute to projects focusing on market intelligence, trends in talent acquisition, innovative recruitment processes comparison, and candidates mapping overviews.
The intern will also participate in managing talent acquisition projects including upskilling initiatives and learning sessions for our global community.
The ideal candidate should have an excellent grasp of Excel and PowerPoint and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Market Intelligence Analysis: Research and analyze market trends to provide insights into talent acquisition practices.
* Trends Reporting: Gather data on the latest trends in talent acquisition across various industries.
* Innovative Process Identification: Investigate top-notch companies to identify cutting-edge recruitment processes.
* Candidates Mapping Overviews: Assist with creating detailed overviews of candidate landscapes for various roles and regions.
* Project Management Support: Help coordinate upskilling and learning sessions for the talent acquisition team; manage project timelines and deliverables.
* Presentation Development: Create compelling PowerPoint presentations to report findings and recommendations to senior management.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics or related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookup, data analysis tools) and PowerPoint is essential.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; ability to interpret complex data sets.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
