Job Description

Vous rejoindrez l'équipe du Customer Technical Support en tant qu'ingénieur amélioration continue.
L'équipe de Customer Technical Support est une équipe d'ingénieurs multidisciplinaire représentant les principales professions techniques au sein d'ATR.
La principale mission de l'équipe de Customer Technical Support est de fournir aux clients ATR un support technique pour leur flotte, d'identifier les améliorations « produit » sur la base de l'analyse des événements récurrents en service, dans le but de maximiser la disponibilité des avions et de réduire l'impact des problèmes techniques sur les opérations des compagnies aériennes.
Le stage proposé vise à définir un plan d'amélioration continue pour aligner le processus du service sur les besoins de nos clients et viser l'excellence opérationnelle.

ACTIVITÉS
* Déterminer les écarts entre les processus et les méthodes de travail du département Customer Technical Support.
* Développer les indicateurs de performance (KPIs) et le Visual Management actuellement en production.
* Définir et implémenter les indicateurs de risque (KRIs).
* Piloter des projets visant à consolider les procédures du Customer Technical Support.
* Améliorer le processus actuel visant à identifier et résoudre les problèmes récurrents sur la flotte en service.
* Conduite de projets d'amélioration ambitieux en utilisant la méthodologie lean-sigma.
