Our two large communities of practice of People and Change, cover a wide spectrum of services, ranging from Organisation Design & Workforce Strategy, Culture & Change Management, HR Operations & Process Excellence, People Analytics & Insights, Performance Management and Reward, Skills Strategy and Diversity Equity & Inclusion, as well as tackle significant issues faced by multiple organizations and industries ranging from Social to AI Transformation.

Due to the continued growth of the Workforce Transformation team, we are looking for Interns to join our team based in Athens and Thessaloniki. If you are a senior undergraduate student that gets energy from problem solving, is motivated to learn, you are willing to collaborate with different teams across (COMPANY NAME) Greece, a good communicator with high emotional intelligence and someone willing to take ownership beyond the obvious, then you are the one!

Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team
* Understand in depth the organizational, people and change implications of transformational programmes from strategy through to execution.
* Support in the assessment of organizations' needs and aspirations and support in advising how people-centered related practices should be redesigned.
* Support in the design of people and change strategies that are fit for the future, whilst monitoring and evaluating the return of investment thereafter.
* Leverage change management specific methodologies to support the adoption of organizational changes and large scale tech-enabled transformations.
* Be involved in large and complex transformation programmes with multiple business functions, departments or potentially geographically dispersed across several sites.
* Take ownership of programme deliverables and work closely with other (COMPANY NAME) teams to drive high quality outputs, whilst driving the desired outcomes of the overall client engagements.

What we are looking for
* Undergraduate BSc/MSc student on Business Management, Technology, Economics, Engineering, Social Sciences or any other related field.
* Communication skills that allow you to confidently convey and explain complex information, orally and written, in both Greek and in English.
* Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines, while maintaining the high quality of deliverables expected by (COMPANY NAME).
* A confident and positive attitude, focused on building relationships and working in diverse teams.
* Continuous learning and development mindset.

When & Where

Duration of Program: 3-6 months, aiming at a permanent renewal upon completion and based on performance & internal needs.

Location: You may be based in our premises in Athens or Thessaloniki.
