We are seeking bright university students to join our Internship Program. You will be part of a team where you can develop and improve yourself, also make an impact by providing solution in a specific internship project.

This role supports a process simplification initiative within the Supply Orchestration team by transforming operational data into actionable insights. You will help improve process visibility, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to operational efficiency through analytics and dashboard development.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

* Prepare, clean, and analyze operational data
* Build and maintain Power BI dashboards
* Identify trends, insights, and process improvement opportunities
* Support process mapping and simplification initiatives
* Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Undergraduate students, preferably in 7th or 8th semester with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 from Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
* Basic knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Excel
* Familiarity with process mapping, continuous improvement, or simplification methodologies (e.g. Lean, BPM, Six Sigma) is desirable.
* Exposure to SQL, Power Query, or other data transformation tools is an advantage
* Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
* Good communication, structured problem-solving, with eagerness to learn and work in a dynamic environment

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
* Expected Onboarding: July
* Location: Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia
* Duration: 4 months
