The team you will be a part of

The Intern team supports department on a short term basis with undergraduate or graduate student status, typically based on the field of study. Gains exposure to projects and work in the organization.

This role in summary

Desk Side Support IT Technician will work closely with IT staff to improve collaboration and compute experiences across the enterprise. The right candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skill with a hunger for helping improve the process and productivity of their colleagues.
The person will also troubleshoot IT problems by person, by telephone, or via ServiceNow ticket in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required.
Considering the Company's transition to NewCo, we're looking for strong support in these areas:
* Collaboration Suite: assist users for any type of issues related to the change of the email account along with the access to Google documents, business related applications, etc.
* Cross-Collaboration: assist users in a hybrid collaboration environment to facilitate the collaboration with Arcelik colleagues. The priorities will be to assist and train users on the usage of Microsoft Teams (for chat and audio/video meetings), how to externally share online documents and other collaboration tools used on a daily basis

Your responsibilities will include

* Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of laptop problems for end users
* Install, configure and troubleshoot end user equipment, Chromebox Devices, presentation equipment, software, and other products in order to deliver required desktop service levels
* Collaborate with other GIT colleagues to ensure efficient operation of the organization's desktop computing environment
* Manage ServiceNow tickets with REQ/INC reported by the users
* Ensure the Audio/Video Devices are working properly in all meeting rooms
* If necessary, liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors

Minimum requirements

* High School diploma or equivalent
* Strong customer service orientation
* Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
* Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
* Highly self-motivated and directed
* Keen attention to detail
* Basic Knowledge of Gsuite and MS Office 365 is required
* Both Italian and English languages are required
