Your work-life opportunity:

As a Partner Operations Support intern you will be a key representative on the (COMPANY NAME) Operation team helping handle the small partners in the company.

Be a part of a team where you will:

*
Proactively call the partners providing assistance and understanding their needs
*
Support the Partner Operations team in the daily tasks with main focus on partner retention and "educational" calls
*
Answer to all enquiries from customers within the same day
*
Responsible for and manage the progress of all tasks allocated to you by the Operation team
*
Work alongside and communicate effectively with all other teams involved, such as the Finance and Account Manager departments
*
Bring innovation to and assist in the implement successful processes and automation opportunities
*
Give status reports for each task you are involved in

You have:

*
Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details and accuracy
*
Fast learner and easy to adapt to a fast changing environment
*
Have excellent communication skills
*
Self-starter who is able to work autonomously in a highly demanding environment
*
Good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office, Excel
*
Mother tongue or proficiency in italian is mandatory.
*
Good English skills required
