Help us get ahead of disease together with our Internal Communications Internship, 2026:

Education required: BA degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Communications/Public Relations discipline with a focus in internal communications, writing, designing.

Other requirements: Must be enrolled at a MY university for the duration of your studies / Credit-bearing internship is preferred

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Internship period: Between Aug 2026 to Feb 2027 (Minimum 6 months)

What will you do?

* Support the creation, production and dissemination of internal communications, such as electronic newsletter, plasma TV announcements, employee announcements and internal company announcements to keep employees informed and engaged.

* Support CGA Head to partner with Leadership Team to align internal activities and communication to broaden the knowledge and information on disease areas, news dissemination and internal disease awareness events.

* Gather feedback from employees through surveys or informal channels to assess effectiveness of internal engagements. Use insights to create innovative communication activities and channels for future engagements.

* Support CGA Head in organising, preparing, coordinating events for monthly Let's Talk and festival celebrations as well as collating and support preparation of presentation slides, posters etc. Ensure events and written materials are aligned with the company's Write Right and Speak Right principles and engagement strategies while providing value for participants. Where needed, to also support to emcee events.

* Support CGA Head in preparation of documents, letters and other communication materials required by internal stakeholders for business communications purposes.
