For our People department we are looking for an intern who will be integrated into a professional team and benefit from their support. You will assist the HR department in multiple dimensions and have a 360° view on HR activities. We have an awesome opportunity available for an enthusiastic Bachelor/Master student who is interested in making a difference in HR. The People department is a vital pillar in our business, guarding our culture and recognizing and retaining talent.
Through this position you will have the opportunity to explore the day-to-day HR functions, participate in a variety of projects and experience the HR function in one of the fastest growing startups in the Netherlands. Most importantly, you will get to create your own portfolio within HR and explore every area within this department. You own projects and take full responsibility from an early stage.

What are you going to do?
Be involved in our recruiting and talent acquisition projects;
Redefine and build the new intern program;
Take over the role of HR ambassador for interns at (COMPANY NAME);
Participate in our Employer Branding activities;
Contribute to projects in organizational learning, talent management and recruitment for all our business units;
Work on strategic HR projects;
Support HR with administrative duties, analysis and HR processes.
What we are looking for?
Bachelor or Master student who successfully completed intermediate exams;
Solid background in Business Studies with interest in Human Resources;
Good communication & presentation skills;
Excellent knowledge of English language;
Creative, independent and flexible;
Available for 6 months full time.
