PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Our customer success and renewal team support's our customers through their never-ending lifecycle. We guide them throughout their successful implementation, ensure the solution adoption is a given and ensure business key performance indicators are reached. As we do not have a local relation with all our customers, we are looking for ways to reach out to all of them with small events and activities to make them part of the Customer Experience User group.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We are looking for a student to join the team of CEE (customer engagement executive). You will have the possibility to be organize end-to-end customer events (up to 75 attendees), meet up with all kinds of large and small customers in the BeNeLux, be part of an diverse team and discover a large company like (COMPANY NAME) from the inside.
1. Main task: create, setup and successfully run some local events in the CX solution space.
* Agenda creation with CEE team and customers
* Location selection
* Invitations and follow-up of attendees
* Searching for customer speakers
* Preparation of the day (food & drink, rooms, seats, name tags, etc …)
* Management of the day itself (not as a speaker)
* Follow-up on evaluation of the event
2. Support the local CEE team with their day to day task. Issue handling, customer calls, admin tasks, ….
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Language skills: Dutch, English, French is an asset.
* Preferred fields of study: Marketing (Events) and/or IT
* Computer skills: Microsoft Office tools
* Soft skills: creative, organizational talent
* Having organized any kind of event (private, sport, youth group, part of an organization, …) is a benefit.
