About the Team The Data Science team is a global, full-stack data team that plays an important role in empowering and driving the growth of TikTok Shop. Through impactful data insights and data products, the team focuses on areas such as metrics development, product, operation, algorithm improvement, data infrastructure, and data product development. The team enables informed decision-making and helps optimize the performance and effectiveness of TikTok Shop. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: 1. Perform routine data analysis and reporting, investigate and analyse anomalies; 2. Support analysts with data insights through qualitative and quantitative analysis, helping to quickly identify internal challenges and opportunities; 3. Contribute to the development and refinement of dashboards and data analysis frameworks, identifying potential business opportunities in product development and strategic planning

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science, statistics, mathematics, business analytics, or other relevant field is preferred; 2. Proficient in Excel/Sheets and at least one scripting language such as SQL or Python, with knowledge of common data analysis methods; 3. Good communication skills, teamwork spirit and initiative; 4. Good logical thinking ability, business interpretation ability and fast learning ability; 5. Passionate about Data Analysis
