Play a key role in driving growth and innovation in the Divisional Office as a Divisional Office Intern. As part of the Global Transaction Banking team, you'll contribute to the critical function of strategic planning, business reviews, and stakeholder management. You'll develop your skills in business communications, executive-level presentation preparation, and stakeholder engagement while working closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You Do
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in the preparation and collation of presentations for internal strategy roadmaps, Business reviews, and management updates
* Supporting the tracking and documentation of Business controls, processes, and operational plans
* Taking minutes during internal meetings and external calls to prepare clear and concise call reports
* Maintaining and updating internal trackers, dashboards, or documentation as required
* Coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure timely submission of materials
* Supporting ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Divisional Office Team

Who You Are
* Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
* Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Clear and concise written communication skills
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines
* Prior internship with project experience in financial services or with Corporate reporting is a plus
Learning Objectives This Internship Will Provide You With
* Exposure to the inner workings of OCBC's Transaction Banking business at a strategic and operational level
* Opportunities to develop skills in stakeholder management, business communications, and executive-level presentation preparation
* Understanding of key business control and governance processes within the banking sector
* Improvement of organisational and time-management skills by working in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with how to support and contribute to strategic planning and business reviews in a large financial institution
