Working in an international environnement in high technology sector. The marketing team has a key role to play by launching new product, engaging with partners and contributing to the business.Various activities from digital to physical event, contant creation to lead generation, customers facing to partners collaboration.
Internship is based in Barcelona.
Plan and execute multi-canal activities that will increase marketing digital presence and marketing contribution to revenue in Iberia.
Your Role:
* Assist with localization efforts by ensuring content aligns with regional standards (including offers)
* Review and test marketing emails for accuracy, functionality, and consistency
DIGITAL MARKETING
* Validate and schedule Social Media posts ensuring they meet brand guidelines.
* Post and manage content on our Spanish-language blog.
* Aid in partner communication using our internal digital communities.
DATA
* Track and follow up on email responses via Outlook, compiling reports in Excel.
* Support data analysis and generate reports using our tool Siebel.
* Conduct partner marketing audits and prepare findings for team review.
Your qualifications:
* Required Skills:
* Strong proficiency in Excel (for data tracking and reporting).
* Data-oriented with high attention to detail.
* Self-driven and capable of working independently on assigned tasks.
* Proactive and willing to take the initiative.
* Preferred Skills:
* Basic knowledge of Canva for simple design work.
* Familiarity with HTML for minor web content edits.
* Copywriting skills for drafting engaging content.
* Language
* Spanish : native
* English : fluent
* Duration: 6 months with the potential renewal up to 1 year.
