What do we offer?
We are looking for a People Trainee to perform various administrative tasks and support our People team's daily activities.. If you're interested in kickstarting your career in HR/People and getting a closer look of how our company approaches recruitment and others part of the employee experience.

What will you do?
* Screening and evaluation of applications.
* Independent and active search for the best talents for our team.
* Pre-selecting applicants and conducting first recruiting interviews.
* Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
* Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
* Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues
* Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

Requisiti del candidato:

* Experience as a recruiter or similar junior HR role is a plus
* Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases
* Experience with MS Office
* Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
* Godd knowledge of labor legislation
* Organizational skills
* BSc in Labor Relations or other HR relative studies (we must be able to sign a traineeship agreement with your colleague/university)
