Based at our headquarters in Barcelona as well as in other strategic locations around the globe, (COMPANY NAME) team is made up of over 140 people from 35 different nationalities. To fuel our continued rapid growth, we are looking for a Sales Operations Intern to join our team based in Barcelona.

Responsibilities:

* Create reports in the CRM for the Sales team.
* Support the team improving, defining and configuring sales tools & processes for the sales department.
* Make recommendations and screenshots to standardize the CRM views for everyone, views in our back office.
* Help the Sales team to identify prospects.
* Market Research and analysis of new markets and new clients to study the best practices to increase direct bookings.
Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, marketing or related field - learning agreement to be signed with the school.
* Start around August / September 2024 and stay for 4-6 months.
* Full time position.
* Hotel industry knowledge is highly valuable.
* CRM knowledge is a plus (Salesforce).
* To be fluent in English. Any other language as a plus.
