Job Description
Come join (COMPANY NAME)'s Client Engineering Group, responsible for designing Client SoCs that make up more than half of (COMPANY NAME)'s annual revenue. We envision the future of computing and design for the next generation of laptops and desktop computers.
We are looking for an SoC (System on Chip) Analog Design Engineer ready to research, design, develop, and test lead (COMPANY NAME) designs as we re-imagine how to build SoCs at (COMPANY NAME) and in the semiconductor industry. This role is within (COMPANY NAME)'s highly-regarded Devices Development Group, headquartered in Portland, Oregon with additional sites in Penang, Malaysia, and Bangalore, India. Your responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
* Developing next-generation SoC designs, focusing on analog circuit design
* Validating design and micro-architectural implementation and assumptions
* Developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment
* Automating design tasks in order to complete the design in the most efficient fashion possible.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field
- 6+ months of experience with design principles and techniques in one or more of the following areas:
Analog design principles and techniques
Microarchitecture definition
Post-silicon testing

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned (COMPANY NAME) site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs
