Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically to support corporate clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Summer Internship Program within our Corporate and Real Estate business in Switzerland.

You'll get to

* support segment managers to conceptualize and implement strategic initiatives, e.g., operating model changes, digitalization projects, and growth initiatives
* actively shape the future of UBS corporate banking
* learn more about our client needs and offering in order to drive product related enhancements along the whole value chain

Your team

You'll be working in our C&RE Segment Management within the Corporate and Institutional Clients business area. We collaborate closely with multiple product managers, marketing, the regional business management and client advisor teams to drive strategic projects. You'll be part of an innovative and dynamic team with opportunities to expand your UBS network across the whole Switzerland.

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who

* is currently enrolled in studies and will graduate in late 2026 or 2027
* has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
* is fluent in German and proficient in English, additional languages are a plus
* has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is a strategic thinker (big picture mindset) with strong communication skills
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

We're looking for someone who's curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it's important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team.
