This is a part time opportunity for a student who is currently at University, which could lead into a full time role.
Gain experience in Telco domain and work with the latest technologies in 5G and Cloud Native or Vulnerability Management.
What you will do
* Manage trouble tickets from our customers
* Work effectively in a team to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve wide range of technical issues
* Proactively support product development team by feeding experience from working with customers and customer installations
* Provide technical support for (COMPANY NAME) project teams
You will bring
* Ongoing Education: BSC, MSC in engineering, IT or in natural sciences and less than 1 year until graduation
* Team work including virtual team work in multi country and multi-cultural teams covering whole Network and multiple product teams
* Knowledge sharing skills and readiness
* Business understanding
* Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
* Planning and organizing
* Good understanding of Linux, IP, Cloud technologies or Python is an advantage
