HOUSING
Personal assessment
Cost
KEY:
Couldn't have asked for more.
Pretty good.
Could've been better, but didn't lessen the overall experience.
Disappointing.
Facilities
Location
Cleanliness
Space
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Home university
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
Personal comments:
Accomodation is nice and stylish to cater for everyones needs. Very modern buildings and well designed. The campus is like a health resort with a large swimming pool, gym, and football grounds nearby. Robina Woods golf course which is superb is directly nearby..

STUDENT LIFE

Plenty to do when I had the time.
So-so.

Nightlife
Travel
Overall
Describe host city: Students equally interact with the local and student community
Activities: Takes place mostly within the university/student environment
Nightlife, Travel: Takes place both within and outside of the university/student environment
Personal comments:
Best places are down at Broadbeach such as cafe and bars. Main Beach is excellent as well. Burleigh Heads has a nice bar overlooking the beach, the Latin nights there are great with nice music, directly looking over the Pacific.

ACADEMIC       3.0 / 5
My academic experiences
Quality of courses
KEY:
Fantastic.
Pretty good.
Could've been a bit better.
Disappointing.
Variety of courses
Availability/access to resources
Interaction with teachers
Interaction with other international students
Interaction with local students
Course recommendations:
Humanities type courses are getting better but still lacking in some areas. especially advertising. All Business courses however are good, and the business school demands are high standard since the numbers of students to teachers is very low, making it very good. Tuition fees are expensive. Group projects are damm frustrating, given the terms are so short......

My opinion of the university assessment
Exams at end of course
KEY:
Liked it.
It was alright.
A bit annoying.
Didn't like it.
Exams throughout the course
Essays and/or projects at the end of course.
Essays and/or projects throughout the course
Overall
Personal comments:
Yes, consider doing 3 subjects instead of 4. The workload can be very very heavy and intense, especially given each semester is around 12 weeks.....
