J'ai pu voir non seulement le coté disciplinaire et contractuel des ressources humaines, mais aussi le coté développement ressources humaines, ce qui m'a beaucoup plu. Je me suis rendue compte que dans mon travail, il me faut le contact humain, et ne pas être assise derriere un bureau toute la journée.

He podido descubrir prácticas y formas de trabajo que cambiarán la mía para siempre. Gracias a estas prácticas he podido ampliar mi visión para encontrar un puesto en el futuro en el mundo de la empresa, concretamente, HR.
Ikea ha sido una familia que me ha formado en mas de 50 cursos, todo relacionado con temas de interés, además de los valores y la personas que he encontrado en este camino.
Actualmente he prorrogado las prácticas y estoy muy contento.
