It was great experience entering into a new field. Sales was a satisfying job with the possibility to make a good salary because of the commission. I found the opportunity to go into a job with no experience, be trained and grown, to be outstanding. I believe companies that invest into the employees and "raise them by the hand" have their eyes on the future and being able to mould an employee into a roll will give ideal employees.
