Why? THE DORMITORY IS QUITE OLD AND DIRTY. LIVING IN YOUR OWN GIVES YOU THE INDEPENDECE YOU NEED AND YOU CAN LIVE WITH OTHER PEOPLE.

THERE'S AN ERASMUS STUDENT NETWORK THAT HELPS IN THIS TASK OF LOOKING FOR ACCOMODATION, THEY'RE REALLY HELPFUL.
