Why? THE SITUATION IS PERFECT IN CASE JUST THE LOCATION WHICH IS NOT SO GOOD AND THE PRICE, BUT IT STILL LESS EXPENSIVE THAN STUDENT HOUSING

I HAD A GOOD HOUSE , JUST THE LOCATION WASNT PERFECT CAUSE FAR TO THE IT BUT I CHOSE IT.MY HOUSEMATES ( SPANISH ) ARE NICE AND I HAD GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM

PUT LESS FRENCH IN THE SAME CLASSROOM. IM IN MARKETING BUT THE LESSONS NOT CONTAINS A LOT OF MARKETING.
