Important to choosing this university...
I wish I had known...
I wish that I'd known that "having good craic" means "having a good time" in Ireland. In my opinion:
Everybody loved it, you will too!
During my experience abroad, I ...
Personal recommendation:
Overall, it seemed like a very well-run university. I recommend it to anyone. FINAL COMMENTS
If you like Guinness here in the states, then you'll be worshipping it after you finish your first pint in Ireland. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

I wish I had known...
I wish that I'd known that when the Irish ask you if you've had any "good craec" lately, that they're not asking you if you've had any good drugs in the past few days. In my opinion:
Everybody loved it, you will too!
During my experience abroad, I ...
Personal recommendation:
I would recommend this university to anyone that wants a university experience without the hustle and bustle of a major city. FINAL COMMENTS
If you think you like Guinness here in the states, you're going to worship the Guinness god when you have your very first pint of Guinness. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

I wish I would have known that a science student should not go to this university. In my opinion:
I loved it but I'm not sure everybody would.
During my experience abroad, I ...
Personal recommendation:
If you like a small town and dont study science then this is the place for you. It is very easy to make friends with the students here and student life runs the town. But if you like the city then you will need to go 40 minutes to dublin. FINAL COMMENTS
Ireland is a beautiful and fun place. The culture here is great! I would recommend studying in Galway rather than Maynooth. Galway also has a great student atmosphere but its much bigger and there is much more to do there. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

I wish I had known...
I wish I'd known a little more about the Irish culture before I went. Most Americans are very naive when it comes to that. Many of the Irish have been to America, whereas most Americans haven't been to Ireland. In my opinion:
I loved it but I'm not sure everybody would.

Thumbs up. FINAL COMMENTS
