My academic experiences
Course recommendations:
Talk to the teachers a lot. If you want to take a weekend trip and are worried about getting work done, they are very nice about giving extensions. Begona is the best teacher for Spanish or French. Valbuena for history, Garcia Serrano is difficult and boring. Llorente for Philosophy. Politics, I forget who I had, Spaniard...man...his English wasn't very good. But he was cool and gave me a good grade even though I failed all Exams because I got an A on my paper. Same thing with psychology.
My opinion of the university assessment
Personal comments:
Don't stress over it. Like I said talk to the teachers. For the most part the teachers there are AWESOME. In comparison to my uni here, they are much more difficult and you learn a lot more...but they are also the most understanding teachers you'll ever meet and they will give you a chance to do well no matter what. do not take a class from julio lasarte or dr. chaney. for the most part the classes were good, but you have to go into them with a different attitude than from home.
My opinion of the university assessment
Personal comments:
because it was an american university there were many americans and so to interact with the spaniards or other nationalities i had to make an effort. for me, that's not a problem but for some they only hung out with other americans. if your goal is to learn spanish, take all the spanish courses you can. other great courses are those with 'mandatory trips' as a compliment to what you learn in class.

for a school that size, they had as much as you could ask for. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Course recommendations:
The teachers are very friendly, but the classes are a joke. Very easy and lots of busy work. Also, it is almost impossible to meet a Spaniard at this school.
My opinion of the university assessment

Its hard to buy books, hard to find information for projects in the library and everything is very unorganized. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
