TU Delft provides top-level technical and scientific education in a great number of disciplines. In order to do so, high-quality and innovative research is a pre-requisite. The research conducted by TU Delft is internationally respected by the scientific community as well as the business community. TU Delft offers sixteen distinct programmes of study, two part-time programmes, and a host of post-graduate courses. The Master of Science International Programme of TU Delft offers ten condensed engineering courses in the English language.

No, it wasn't. Personal comments:
I have been learning English since primary school so I am very competent on English. Both in my home and host country the education language is English and everybody has enough English to communicate. Therefore, I had no problems in both countries. Dutch people, being bilingual are friendly to foreigners, and its fun trying to figure out what some Dutch people are saying as some words sound familiar and you can more or less make out a conversation even if they speak to you in Dutch (you reply in English) This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

In the Netherlands I was able to improve my English, all the lessons were taught in that language and I met lots of people which knew very well how to speak it. I think now I'm able to follow any conversation in English. Moreover, I learnt some Dutch during the year. During this year in Barcelona, I'm still learning Dutch and, even if it's still difficult to have conversations, I can understand quite a lot out while reading or listening.
