Personal recommendation:
university atmosphere is really good but Tucson is not a very big city. Campus is very big and beautiful. Professors were good and exchange coordinators were friendly.

Make more meetings between international students.



FINAL COMMENTS

The fact that a doctor gave me the opportunity to work in his lab was a great experience because I learned lots of new things and I made money in order to travel. I just have time to spend a few days in LA with my friends, but it was very fun.

How to save money by taking advantage of the different special discounts different companies offer, i.e. food stores, banks, insurance companies (good student discount for example ), etc.

Go for it, great school, not the best in social life, but great academics!



FINAL COMMENTS

Do as much as you can. Tucson has a lot to offer, mountains, desert, close to California, Nevada (Las Vegas). Meet locals, this will give you an opportunity to get to know them better.
