This university is amazing. It is considered the 'Harvard' of France, and the professors are all experts in their fields. This university is great if you want an academic challenge.

Don't go to Sciences-Po if you want to 'party' and travel a lot. I would suggest the Sorbonne for that. However, Sciences-Po will give you one of the most beneficial academic experiences available among Political Science universities in the world.

I wouldn't recommend this university unless you are very disciplined and very self-directed; the work is challenging and I found there was amazingly little guidance, support or direction (at least compared to the system I was used to at home).

A basic knowledge of French is necessary in order to study at Sciences Po. Unfortunately, international students who don't speek perfect French don't have the chance to meet local students or take regular classes at the University.
